Software we build, run and sell ourselves.
Two tools for sending what should not sit in an inbox for years. Neither needs an account, and both are free to start.
Send a password that can only be read once.
The secret is encrypted in your browser before it is sent, and the key that opens it is the part of the link after the #, which browsers never send to a server. So what reaches us is encrypted text and nothing that can turn it back.
- Opens once, or as many times as you need
- Lasts from five minutes to seven days
- An optional passphrase, sent by some other route
- See whether it has been opened, and destroy it early
- No account needed to send one
- Can be opened
- Once, then destroyed
- Expires
- In 1 day
Send large files through a link that deletes itself.
Email attachments bounce at twenty-five megabytes and shared drives mean giving somebody an account. File Drop takes the files, gives you a link, and takes them away again after a number of days or a number of downloads, whichever comes first.
- Straight from your browser to storage, so size is a question of your connection
- Links that last from a day to five years
- Downloads counted once per person, not once per file
- An optional password for a second gate
- With an account, see who collected it and roughly where from
- No account needed to send: confirm your address with a code
